Day 1 - AIRPORT | PINNAWALA | SIGIRIYA

Arrival at the Colombo International Airport. Clients will be met by their English speaking Guide. Thereafter transfer to SIGIRIYA. In route visit PINNAWALA, the elephant population is a major feature of Sri Lanka and, although endangered in the 1960s, is now protected and a regular sight on the island. Elephant in the wild live in tight-knit family herds of no more than 15, headed by an elderly female. Although elephants family ties are strong, it is common for ageing males to take voluntary retirement from the herd so that the females mate only with the virile younger bulls. Day 2 - SIGIRIYA | POLONNARUWA

After breakfast Visit POLONNARUWA
The second most ancient of Sri Lanka’s kingdoms, Polonnaruwa was first declared the capital city by King Vijayabahu I, who defeated the Chola invaders in 1070 CE to reunite the country once more under a local leader. While Vijayabahu’s victory and shifting of Kingdoms to the more strategic Polonnaruwa is considered significant, the real Polonnaruwa Hero of the history books is actually his grandson, Parakramabahu.

Day 3 - SIGIRIYA | MATALE | KANDY

After breakfast transfer to KANDY,
En route visit DAMBULLA – the greatest of Sri Lanka’s cave temples, dates from the first century BC and contains over 150 Buddha i mages, subtly lit for maximum atmosphere. Actually a series of five caves, the temple is called Raja Maha Vihara by locals, but known simply as Dambulla to visitors. The entrance is marked by a large white dagoba along a long sloping rock face, from where there are views of the rock fortress of Sigiriya, about 20km away.

The “Sri Dalada Maligawa” or The Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic is a temple in the city of Kandy in Sri Lanka. It was built within the royal palace complex which houses the tooth relic of the Buddha, a tooth, which is venerated by Buddhists. The relic has played an important role in the local politics since ancient times, it’s believed that whoever holds the relic holds the governance of the country, which caused the ancient kings to protect it with great effort. Day 4 to 6 - KANDY | NUWARAELIYA

After breakfast visit ROYAL BOTANICAL GARDENS AT PEREDENIYA is situated about 5.5 km to the west from the city of Kandy in the Central Province of Sri Lanka and attracts 2 million visitors annually. It is renowned for its collection of a variety of orchids. It includes more than 4000 species of plants, including of orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palm trees. Attached to it is the National Herbarium of Sri Lanka. There after transfer NUWARAELIYA – is the heart of Sri Lankan hill country. It is the home of the famous Ceylon Tea and the rolling mountains are a carpet of velvety green tea plantations, interspersed with gushing streams and tumbling waterfalls. The salubrious climate, misty glens and the decidedly British character make Nuwara Eliya a must on any Sri Lankan travel itinerary. Dinner & Overnight NuwaraEliya.

Day 7 - NUWARAELIYA | ELLA | TISSAMAHARAMAYA

After breakfast transfer to NANU OYA for take train to Visit Panorama ella After proceed to Tisssamaharamaya. In route visit Ella Rawana water fall. Dinner & Overnight Tissamaharamaya

Day 08 to 11 – TISSAMAHARAMAYA | YALA | DOWN SOUTH BEACH (MIRISSA, UNAWATUNA, HIKKADUWA)

After breakfast Jeep safari Yala National Park, Yala National Park is the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka. The park consists of five blocks, two of which are now open to the public, and also adjoining parks. The blocks have individual names such as, Ruhuna National Park (block 1) and Kumana National Park or ‘Yala East’ for the adjoining area. It is situated in the southeast region of the country, and lies in Southern Province and Uva Province.
